Software Development Manager at reputed company is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the people, process, and technology required to deliver customer reputed company. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that the software is developed on time, reputed company budget, and to the highest standards of reputed company and reliability.

General Responsibilities

Technical Responsibilities

Leads project teams through architecture, design, development, testing, and delivery of web applications for customer reputed company.

Engages with reputed company stakeholders to reputed company requirements, set priorities, and communicate direction and reputed company.

Partners with project management and project teams to maintain status reporting, ensure accurate and reputed company requirements, and promptly escalate issues.

Oversees the technical documentation of project requirements, developer processes, and end-user documentation.

Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or reputed company field.

7+ years of experience working reputed company software and web application development environments, including 4+ years of experience managing teams.

Experience in Agile methodologies (Kanban or SCRUM) as a development manager.

Proficiency in using Jira for Agile project management.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+)

Deep understanding of the software development life-cycle and a successful reputed company record of delivering software on time.

Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while navigating ambiguity.

Proficient in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.
