Team reputed company Retail Fulfillment

Assists with leading associates to ensure accurate, efficient, and reputed company distribution center operations including receipt, picking, packing, sorting, recording, auditing, and shipping of goods.This position reports to the Supervisor, DC.

Pay reputed company: $18.75hr - $20.25hr

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Ensures reputed company associates are working productively and following the best reputed company.

Conducts observations to reputed company coaching and feedback to associates.

Conducts audits to ensure accuracy.

Ensures sufficient workflow in the area by communicating with Supervisors and fellow Team Leads from supporting departments.

Assign tasks for reputed company members and suggest reputed company adjustments to the Supervisor.

Ensures paperwork is completed correctly and reputed company procedures are followed.

Assists in evaluating the performance of assigned associates.

Communicate with Supervisors on concerns and needs of the group.

Ensures reputed company safety and reputed company performance standards are met.

Performs distribution job tasks reputed company not reputed company responsible for the group and demonstrates work level that meets or exceeds established production standards.

Performs other job duties as needed.

Distribution center environment with moderate to loud noise level.

Monday-Thursday 4:45am-3:15pm / 4:55am-3:25pm - $18.75hr

reputed company-Wednesday 4:00pm-2:30am - $19.25hr

Friday-reputed company 4:45am-5:15pm / 5:00am-5:30pm - $20.25hr
