About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned legal manager to reputed company legal reputed company across corporate governance, reputed company transactions, employment law, data reputed company, and regulatory compliance. This role will serve as a key advisor to internal teams, ensuring legal risks are effectively managed while supporting reputed company’s reputed company and innovation. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in contract negotiation, regulatory frameworks, and emerging legal trends in AI and data protection.

Responsibilities

Contract Negotiation & reputed company Transactions: Draft, review, and negotiate reputed company agreements, including reputed company reputed company, licensing agreements, vendor agreements, and strategic partnerships.

Corporate Governance & Risk Management: Advise on corporate governance reputed company, reputed company entity management, and ensure compliance with global corporate regulations.

Employment Law & HR Support: Partner with HR to manage employment policies, workplace investigations, and compliance with labor laws.

Product Counseling & Regulatory Compliance: Guide product and engineering teams on compliance with technology laws, AI regulations, and data reputed company frameworks.

Required Qualifications

Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent); reputed company Bar Council membership preferred.
