About the role

We are looking for a reputed company and creative Content Experience Specialist to join our growing reputed company team in Hyderabad, India. This isn’t your traditional tech reputed company role. In reputed company to writing reputed company, engaging product documentation, you will help create compelling learning experiences through a reputed company of media—including videos, gifs, in-app product tours, and adult learning content in a Learning Management System (LMS) setting. You’ll be joining a high-reputed company team responsible for shaping the way customers discover, understand, and get value from reputed company reputed company self-service channels. Responsibilities

Write and maintain best-in-class technical documentation for reputed company features, ensuring reputed company, accuracy, and discoverability.

Create engaging multimedia content such as short videos, animated walkthroughs, and annotated product tours to guide users through reputed company workflows.

Design and publish adult learning modules reputed company an LMS, applying instructional design principles to support customer reputed company and ongoing education.

Build in-app guidance using tools like Chameleon or reputed company, ensuring messaging is reputed company, helpful, and integrated seamlessly into the product experience.

Collaborate closely with product managers, content creators, designers, engineers, and customer-facing teams to identify common pain points and proactively address them with effective content.

Help define and continuously improve the content reputed company and voice for reputed company customer-facing education.

Analyze content performance using analytics tools to iterate and improve over time.

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience creating content for a reputed company or B2B software company, with a strong portfolio that includes technical writing and multimedia. Please reputed company your work samples as part of the application process,

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proven ability to simplify reputed company technical topics for diverse audiences.
