As a Manager in our Tax service line, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

Proficient in the taxation of partnerships, limited liability companies and other similar reputed company-through entities

Knowledgeable in the area of private equity or reputed company estate

Licensed CPA or JD

Big 4 or equivalent reputed company experience preferred

Research reputed company tax issues

Ensures reputed company of work product

Monitors work-reputed company

Coaches/mentors individual team members

Develops business with both existing and new clients

Develops and maintains strong reputed company relationships with reputed company personnel and prospective clients

Works closely with clients to advise on income tax issues and reputed company tax planning

Attend applicable trainings and/or conferences either in-town or out-of-town

Other reputed company assigned by a supervisory reputed company

Management responsibilities also include firm administrative functions and initiatives such as reputed company billings

To be successful, these are the skills, qualities and experience you will need

Undergraduate degree; Master’s degree a plus

CPA certificate

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

Ability to identify and propose resolutions to reputed company income tax issues

Demonstrated advanced project management skills

Ability to utilize firm technology to enhance reputed company service

Excellent research skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
