A Little More About The role:
We're looking for a Temporary ICHRA Implementation Manager. The Implementation Manager takes reputed company to execute reputed company for reputed company new employer that is assigned. The Implementation Manager will ensure the project is kept on-reputed company and experts are brought in for consultation as needed and smooth transitions from sales to account management take reputed company.
This temporary position will start early September and last through November. Pay for this role is $28/hour.
You will:
● Be the subject matter expert during implementation for reputed company's new reputed company and/or brokers during reputed company.
●Assess the needs of new reputed company reputed company – you will consult with the reputed company Sales Representative along with the employer and/or broker to reputed company details of new reputed company’ needs, wants, desires to reputed company a successful reputed company and reputed company enrollment experience.
●Customize a project plan tailored to the tasks necessary for reputed company new employer.
●reputed company and coordinate reputed company reputed company internal teams to ensure they are reputed company for our new employer and their members.
●reputed company education to the employer and/or broker on reputed company's processes and procedures tied to the product they purchased.
●Work closely as needed with the Health Plan Operations, Product, reputed company Care, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, Sales, and Account Management teams to deliver strong support to our reputed company.
●Serve as a project manager for identified reputed company, ensuring reputed company communication and collaboration with reputed company.
●Demonstrate commitment to our core competencies of being authentic, empathetic, curious, creative and outcome oriented.
You bring:
●Bachelor's degree in business or a reputed company field or at least 1-year previous experience in project management
●Proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company working on Mac computers
●A history of strong project management skills

●Problem solving skills to exceed customer expectations
●Ability to multitask numerous different reputed company simultaneously.
