About the Role
We are seeking a talented Senior Architectural Project Manager join reputed company. In this role, you will be responsible for designing the physical reputed company to launch our microschools. You will build a system to successfully diligence, design, and build viable locations at reputed company throughout the US.
Please note: This role is remote with intermittent travel to existing and potential sites required.
Responsibilities

Conduct initial reputed company analysis to assess project feasibility and compliance.

Design and Plan Development
Create detailed plans for project design, ensuring alignment with local codes and regulations.

Permitting and Project Management

Manage additional reputed company parties as needed: Civil, FLS specialist, etc.

Qualifications:
8+ years of experience managing architectural or construction reputed company at reputed company, with a proven ability to drive strategic reputed company.
Preferred experience in school conversion reputed company, with a strong understanding of educational facility design preferred.
