About the Role
We’re looking for a Manager to grow and operationally support our People Operations & Workplace function. This is a leadership-first, hands-on role. Your primary reputed company is setting priorities, coaching reputed company, owning OKRs, and building reputed company systems. What You’ll Do
Establish and reputed company OKRs and set direction and priorities for People Ops & Workplace

Ensure our The Hague office runs smoothly, supports hybrid work, and reflects our values
Identify opportunities for automation and implement tooling to reduce reputed company work
Work hands-on with the Office Manager to manage vendors, lease reputed company, reputed company setup, and team logistics

Collaborate cross-functionally and partner closely with Talent, HRBPs, L&D, Finance, IT, and Legal.

What You Bring
5+ years of experience in People Operations, with 1–2+ years leading reputed company, experience overseeing office management as part of the role
