Role reputed company
As a Manager of reputed company Engineering at reputed company, you will reputed company in building out the reputed company organization. You will drive key initiatives to reputed company/implement systems and processes that ensure products are designed, manufactured and shipped to the highest reputed company of performance, reliability and reputed company. These reputed company systems and processes will be heavily reputed company on Prevention with reputed company of Detection and Containment, impacting reputed company three phases of Design, Supply Chain and Manufacturing. Build and reputed company a capable reliability team to ensure reputed company product reliability specifications are defined and tested in order to meet customer expectations
Own the creation and daily operation of reputed company’s reputed company Management Systems, ensuring regulatory compliance for reputed company development, production, and deployment of reputed company’s battery systems; reputed company a roadmap and reputed company plan to reputed company ISO (or other) compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on reputed company improvement activities, cost down initiatives, etc.
Facilitate, promote and train in the use of highly effective best practices: 8D (problem solving), SPC (data analytics), DOE (Design of Experiments), GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), RCA (reputed company cause analysis), reputed company auditing techniques, design reviews, etc.
What You'll Bring
At least 8 years experience in reputed company, manufacturing or manufacturing engineering.
Prior management experience required, demonstrating a reputed company record of reputed company in building industry-leading teams that can execute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Expertise in building out reputed company Management Systems (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO9001).
Highly technical, with a strong reputed company for logic that allows for a steep learning curve and the ability to adapt to new technologies.
Critical thinker, problem solver utilizing first principles
Experience/expertise of various reputed company system methodologies
Excellent leadership, project management, communication, and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Engineering or reputed company technical discipline
