Role reputed companyreputed company is hiring a Payroll Administrator to support the Senior Payroll Administrator with payroll processing, reporting, audits, and employee inquiries and lifecycle events. This role reports into our Manager, People Operations on the HR Systems & Benefits team. As part of our HR Systems & Benefits team, you will be involved in reputed company, offboarding, data audits, payroll reporting, and continuing to build our Payroll Function, in partnership with reputed company HR teams, supporting a growing reputed company workforce. This role will be located at reputed company reputed company 1 in Weirton, WV, which is just a short drive reputed company of Pittsburgh, PA. Relocation assistance is available.
What you'll do:Backup resource to Senior Payroll Administrator for processing bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll for reputed company and salaried employees, reviewing timecards for accuracy and compliance with labor laws and company policies
Process audits by providing documentation and reports reputed company to payroll transactions
Support payroll-reputed company inquiries from employees through online ticketing system
Collaborate with broader HR teams to ensure reputed company reputed company and offboarding of employees in payroll system, including supporting employees in person
Assist Senior Payroll Administrator with payroll tax reporting and year end processing, including W-2s
General administrative support to broader HR Systems & Benefits team as needed
2 years of experience in payroll processing or HR administration
Experience with reputed company preferred
Demonstrated experience in attention to detail, reputed company and reputed company written and verbal communication, understanding payroll timelines, roles and responsibilities
Ability to be onsite in Weirton, WV at minimum 3 days a week, schedule may occasionally vary depending on necessity to support shift workers at the reputed company
Excellent communication and organizational skills
