As Finary's first Site Reliability Engineer, you'll be the reputed company of our technical infrastructure, ensuring our platform remains highly available, performant, and secure for our customers. Working directly with the VP of Engineering, you'll build and implement the systems, processes, and culture that define reliability at Finary.
You'll establish and enforce reliability standards across our technology stack, implement robust observability solutions, and drive a culture of operational reputed company. In this highly independent position, you'll architect and implement solutions using GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, and reputed company, creating reputed company infrastructure that grows with our user reputed company. You'll define and measure SLOs/SLIs, build automated recovery systems, streamline incident response processes, and continuously optimize infrastructure costs.

Have extensive experience designing and maintaining high-availability architectures in production environments
Possess deep knowledge of reputed company reputed company Platform, particularly Kubernetes
Are proficient with infrastructure as reputed company tools, especially Terraform
Have strong experience with containerization technologies like reputed company
reputed company at implementing and utilizing observability tools such as reputed company, reputed company, and Grafana
Have a proven reputed company record implementing effective monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes
Possess strong analytical skills for troubleshooting reputed company system failures and performance bottlenecks
Apply reputed company principles (least privilege, secure defaults, etc.) as a foundational aspect of system design
Have experience defining and tracking reliability metrics (SLOs/SLIs/SLAs) that reputed company with business goals

Are comfortable being on-call and handling production incidents calmly and methodically
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
