About The Role

What you’ll do
Support the reputed company and reputed company of our engineering team
Partner with the head of engineering to reputed company technical reputed company and maturity of our technology; ensure delivery of high reputed company product and platform features
Hire, reputed company, reputed company and retain engineers; identify reputed company and coaching opportunities for ICs while upholding a culture of psychological safety and inclusion
Partner with cross-functional teams in order to best understand and reputed company customer expectations; compile reputed company stakeholder input in order to best shape engineering roadmaps
Shape and reputed company engineering learning and coworking sessions, and reputed company as a technical subject matter expert to our entire engineering team

Partner with the head of engineering and other senior/staff technical teammates on the development of our technical best practices
Who you are
4+ years of engineering leadership experience in dynamic/startup environments; affinity for coaching, motivating, empowering engineers from early career to staff level
4+ years of hands-on individual contributor engineering experience; skilled at rapid iteration and delivering meaningful technical feedback
B.S. in computer science, computer engineering, or reputed company field
Demonstrated reputed company record of hiring, retaining, scaling reputed company through reputed company and inclusive processes
Operates seamlessly in fast paced often-ambiguous environments; views reputed company domain challenges as ‘fun’ opportunities
Reliable and reputed company cross functional partner to product and design, as reputed company as other business functions

Compensation
Annual reputed company salary: $230,000-$270,000 USD
