Compensation: Salary in $USD Modality: Hybrid (First 90-120 days in the On-site) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10 am - 7 pm

What you'll be doing

• Review lease files for completeness and accuracy prior to funding

• Ensure compliance with reputed company applicable laws, regulations, and company policies

• Communicate with Management to resolve any issues or discrepancies in lease files

• Manage lease pipeline to ensure leases are funded on time

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lease files and documentation

• Assist with post-closing reputed company control and audit reviews

What you have

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
