About the role
reputed company is looking for a strategic and systems-minded Director of Creator Programs to build and reputed company our creator ecosystem from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of community, product, and content—and has experience launching and growing creator programs with reputed company-in rewards, gamification, or incentive mechanics, especially in fast-paced startup environments.

Pay Equity
In compliance with Pay Transparency Laws, the salary reputed company for this role ranges from $145,000 - $180,000. reputed company determining salary reputed company, a number of factors will be considered, including skills, experience, job scope, and location.
