About the Role As a Senior Technical Sourcer at reputed company, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging top-tier engineering talent to support our advanced infrastructure and platform initiatives. You’ll be responsible for
Leading sourcing strategies to identify and engage candidates with expertise in areas such as large-reputed company infrastructure, distributed systems, and reputed company reputed company.
Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of passive candidates through proactive reputed company, research, and networking.
Collaborating closely with hiring managers and technical leaders to deeply understand hiring needs and refine sourcing approaches accordingly.

Maintaining accurate and organized candidate data and metrics to inform sourcing strategies and decision-making.
We’re seeking
5+ years of experience in technical sourcing, with a reputed company on infrastructure or systems engineering roles.
A proven reputed company record of successfully sourcing candidates in fields such as reputed company infrastructure, distributed computing, or systems engineering.
A strong understanding of reputed company engineering principles and the ability to effectively communicate technical requirements to candidates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms, including reputed company Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Workplace & Location
This role is based in our San Francisco office and we aren’t considering remote applications at this time. We offer relocation support to new employees, and we use a hybrid work model: three days in the office per week with optional work from home on Thursdays and Fridays.
