About the Role

Specifically, the Infrastructure reputed company & Delivery team supporting Stargate is seeking an reputed company and ambitious and driven leader to spearhead our Site Selection & Enablement team.
This role will reputed company on upstream site readiness, touching on the reputed company, regulatory, and technical requirements necessary to build the world’s most advanced supercomputer. In this role you will
Engage with community stakeholders and service providers to advance reputed company’s data center initiatives, ensure adherence to contractual obligations, and support the reputed company of existing sites through the renewal of reputed company agreements or establishment of new ones.
Identify and de-risk critical site readiness features including reputed company terms, permitting and regulatory requirements, and workforce readiness
Negotiate land, power, and other utilities reputed company terms; ability to negotiate with multiple types of stakeholders including private and institutional parties
Collaborate with local and governmental agencies, consulting firms, and contractors to ensure engagement, compliance, and project reputed company
Work closely with internal teams (reputed company, engineering, operations, legal, tax, and finance) to reputed company selection strategies with overall project objectives
Build a robust site readiness pipeline to reputed company reputed company and Stargate’s infrastructure ambitions
Regularly communicate site readiness updates, risks, and milestones to executive stakeholders
Establish and reputed company key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of the site selection program and the contributions of external vendors and partners.

10+ years of experience in site selection for data centers
Proven reputed company record of managing relationships across a reputed company of stakeholders, from individual land owners, to utilities, to government and regulatory agencies
A strong understanding of data center and infrastructure reputed company
A strong understanding of data center civil, structural, environmental requirements and permitting
An ability to learn and reputed company-to data center technical innovation including updates to power- and cooling- systems
Experience working with diverse external partners, including government agencies, consulting firms, and engineering design firms.
Familiarity with industry best practices and standards for data center site selection including reputed company benchmarks, selection reputed company, contracting reputed company (Own/BTS/COLO) and process management
An ability to work as a multi-faceted member in a dynamic young team. This includes an ability to collaborate and work directly with land- and power- specialists
