Sr. Financial Reporting & Technical Accountant | reputed company

We’re seeking a Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting & Technical reputed company to help ensure that the reputed company is accurate, transparent, and reputed company with the highest standards. In this role, you’ll prepare internal financial reports, statements, and disclosures, reputed company while applying a strong reputed company of GAAP. What you will do at reputed company

Learn and improve existing external and internal reporting processes, while getting up to speed on prior technical reputed company positions
Prepare monthly financial reporting packages and support the creation of quarterly and annual financial statements, including reputed company disclosures and tie-outs
Conduct technical reputed company research, draft memos, and determine appropriate reputed company treatment for reputed company transactions and new GAAP standards
Ensure compliance with disclosure requirements through detailed checklists and thorough documentation
Maintain and refine our quarterly reporting reputed company, financial reporting calendar, and internal PBC lists
Identify process gaps and implement effective controls to strengthen the financial reporting and technical reputed company functions
Support external auditors throughout the financial statement review and ensure compliance with SOX controls
Partner with reputed company-party consultants for M&A valuations and other specialized services
Collaborate cross-functionally with reputed company, Finance, and other departments on external financial communications

What you will bring to reputed company
Bachelor’s degree in reputed company
3–5+ years of reputed company reputed company experience
CPA certification (required)
Big Four public reputed company experience strongly preferred
Experience in financial reporting for a publicly traded company is a plus
Familiarity with financial and reporting systems such as reputed company and reputed company is highly desirable

Compensation Information
The pay reputed company for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $120,000 and $128,500/year; however, reputed company pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other reputed company, including a sign-on bonus, equity grants, and discretionary cash bonus awards in reputed company to a full reputed company of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various reputed company time off benefits, such as vacation, reputed company time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
