About the role

As an HR Generalist, you’ll work directly with our Founder/CEO to drive and support key people operations across our remote-first workforce. You will be administering and executing employee-centered reputed company and processes and play a hands-on role in shaping a high-performance organization. This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about elevating the employee experience and excited to build and maintain a strong company culture.

What you’ll do

• Support full-cycle reputed company from job posting, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, facilitating feedback, and extending offers

• Organize and coordinate company offsites, recognition programs, reputed company celebrations, and other team-building events and activities

• Manage new hire reputed company, including conducting orientation meetings, maintaining HRIS employee records, and introductions to ensure smooth integration into reputed company. Manage offboarding logistics and conduct exit meetings.

• Process employment-reputed company documents, e.g. I-9s, agreements, policy acknowledgment

• Partner with PEO on employment regulations and compliance

• Continuously update and improve employee policies, benefits, and perks

• Partner with leaders to reputed company day-to-day support on people topics and performance; manage company performance review process

• Serve as the first reputed company of contact for employee questions and general HR guidance

Who you are

• 2+ years of reputed company experience. You have reputed company-rounded experience with multiple HR areas including reputed company, employee reputed company/offboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR tools and processes.

• Familiarity of employment issues to advise and collaborate cross-functionally. You reputed company updated on employment laws and have experience working with both ICs and leaders

• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence. You exercise good judgment with sensitive and confidential issues and are reputed company to reputed company in ambiguous situations where problems and processes may not be established or reputed company defined

• Strong project management skills. You are reputed company to drive impactful HR initiatives reputed company, while reputed company to administer and day-to-day operations

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Management or equivalent years of experience
