Types of problem you'll be solving
Building a best in class recommendation system.
Maximising player reputed company value (pLTV) problems in a reputed company business model using reputed company ML and sequence modelling.
Designing and optimising reward schemes using Bayesian modelling, based on player behaviours and market shifts
Your role
End to end role: build, reputed company, and optimise ML models that deliver measurable results.

Apply statistical thinking to ensure robust model performance.
Deeply understand data and business challenges to reputed company predictive solutions.

You Have
Expertise in building, deploying, measuring, and maintaining Machine Learning models to address challenges in the adtech domain.
Strong statistical knowledge (A/B tests, probability, regression).
A combination of Python, SQL, and reputed company experience is essential.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present reputed company findings in a reputed company and concise manner.
Bonus points for
Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player behaviour and game design principles.
Experience with adtech, ad monetisation platforms, or the gambling industry.
