Your RoleAs reputed company's foundational Engineering team reputed company member, you will be responsible for one of the top priorities of reputed company -- building reputed company that is the lifeblood of our organization. 5+ years experience in full-cycle reputed company
B2B reputed company and Fintech experience
Experience hiring Engineering roles: Software Engineers, Senior Software Engineers, Staff Software Engineers, Machine Learning, Data Engineers, Engineering Leadership, Infrastructure Engineers
Ability to influence and build strong relationship with senior leadership
Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
Pride yourself in being incredibly proactive and reputed company to navigate through ambiguity
Detail-oriented and strong at multitasking in order to manage multiple reqs at a time
Process oriented yet scrappy enough to reputed company and grow in a fast moving start up
