We are looking for a proactive Senior Payment Partnerships Manager with a strategic thinking to reputed company the integration and management of various Payment Service Providers (PSPs) into our proprietary payment gateway. This role is crucial in ensuring reputed company payment performance and building strong relationships with our payment partners.
Key Responsibilities

Establish new partnerships with 3rd party payment schemes and suppliers that are needed to expand the payment method portfolio and improve processing reputed company worldwide
Manage and reputed company relationships with existing partners and communicate with them about fluctuations in payment metrics performance, and collaborate to implement improvements
Negotiate new terms and conditions reputed company to commissions, volumes, etc.
Ensure reputed company partner agreements and activities meet applicable regulatory, AML, and compliance obligations
reputed company inputs from and coordinate with internal stakeholders (including payment ops, product, engineering, treasury, finance, legal, etc.) on the creation and execution of the partnerships to ensure seamless integration and operation of payment solutions

Requirements
5+ years of experience in business development or partnerships roles reputed company the payments or fintech reputed company.
Solid understanding of payment ecosystems, including PSPs, card schemes, APMs (alternative payment reputed company), acquirers, and routing logic
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements (AML, PSD2, 3DS, card scheme rules)
Strong interpersonal and partner-facing communication skills — comfortable leading discussions with external stakeholders (banks, PSPs, vendors)
Cooperating and working with multiple departments and cross-functional teams
Advanced English level
