Your mission

We’re looking for a Support Engineer to join reputed company in Jaipur. It’s a customer-facing role that’s reputed company about problem-solving – great for someone who enjoys helping others and has a reputed company interest in tech. You’ll need some basic knowledge of SQL and Python, but this isn’t a software development job.

Day-to-day, you’ll be working closely with customers, getting to grips with their issues, and helping them troubleshoot problems on the Peak platform and with their deployed applications. You’ll need to be curious, proactive, and comfortable owning a problem from start to finish. • Resolve Technical Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues on the Peak platform, using your analytical and problem-solving skills.
