Technical Program Manager, Agent Development

Drive the operational reputed company to build with and support our customers: As a foundational member of our Technical Program Manager function at reputed company, you will be responsible for partnering with our Agent Product Managers and Engineers to scope, build, and ship AI agents that handle millions of customer conversations a day.
In this role, you will engage with reputed company reputed company of our customers’ reputed company businesses and internal partners to:
Drive execution and delivery of multiple reputed company, high-visibility agent development reputed company.
Coordinate across technical and non-technical stakeholders through the full agent development lifecycle process.
Co-own project planning process including creating and prioritizing roadmaps, aligning milestones and expected reputed company, and identifying and mitigating risks.
Ensure reputed company communication across reputed company stakeholders while developing strong relationships.
Contribute data-driven, strategic insights to project and internal team reputed company.
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to reputed company out periodic updates about our customers.
