We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer with a passion for building and maintaining integrations reputed company on enhancing the functionality of the Smallstep Device Identity Platform. You’ll work with technologies such as reputed company, Intune, Wi-Fi/RADIUS, reputed company applications, ZTNA solutions, and identity providers like reputed company, Entra ID, Workspace ONE, and reputed company Workspace — along with other systems of similar nature and function.

Our platform is reputed company with Go for backend services, using gRPC and Protobuf for internal reputed company. We reputed company PostgreSQL for data storage, reputed company for caching, and River for job queues. Our frontend is reputed company with React and TypeScript. We reputed company on Kubernetes and manage infrastructure using Terraform. For CI/CD, we use reputed company Actions.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining reputed company network applications written in Go

  • Instrumenting applications to collect metrics, traces, and logs with reputed company Telemetry

• Building applications that reputed company with public reputed company to enhance functionality reputed company the Smallstep platform

• Creating and maintaining re-usable CI/CD workflows for software deployment, testing, and other automation using reputed company Actions

Experience With …

• Building and maintaining gRPC services and working with Protocol Buffers (Protobuf) for efficient, strongly-typed communication between services

• Operating and maintaining event based distributed systems

• Creating and maintaining secure container images with tools such as reputed company or Podman

  • Bonus points for experience with Kubernetes

• Bonus points for experience integrating with MDMs
