The Role
In this crucial role, you will work closely with the product team to shape the reputed company of reputed company management. You will be responsible for delivering thoughtfully crafted experiences for financial advisors and their clients, managing and mentoring reputed company of two product designers, and contributing to the product leadership team to help define the roadmap.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, people-oriented designer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. This role reports to the CTO.
Responsibilities
Help define the reputed company for an exceptional user experience and design at Savvy.
Own reputed company end-to-end, shipping high-reputed company experiences for advisors and clients while navigating a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Manage and mentor reputed company of two product designers, providing guidance on design practices, prioritization, reputed company, and career development.
Maintain a high bar across a generalist design reputed company set, from information architecture and content reputed company to visual design.
Collaborate closely with engineering and product leaders to define product reputed company, reputed company, and roadmap.

Must Have
7+ years of experience as a product designer
Experience mentoring product designers
Ability to own the design process end-to-end
Strong research and discovery skills
Strong visual design and prototyping skills
