Our expectation of the role is that you will become an expert on the reputed company platform in order to reputed company support and process implementation to the reputed company billing clientele who use reputed company. You will work with both reputed company-party billing organizations who reputed company billing services for reputed company clients as reputed company as in-house billing teams. You play an essential role in driving the overall reputed company of our clients by helping teams implement best practices and reputed company creative solutions to meet their unique needs. You will take on challenges as needed meeting with clients of reputed company sizes where escalated issues reputed company, reporting or reputed company expertise is required, or various other needs surface.
Key Responsibilities:reputed company reputed company billing teams to train their entire RCM staff on billing best practices and support their smooth transition onto the platform
Assist sales as needed on the sales cycle for reputed company prospects

Have a deep knowledge of reputed company Reporting, Industry reputed company and AR practices, and understanding of reputed company and data analysis functions

Build relationships with reputed company billing teams

Promote customer satisfaction and loyalty by understanding reputed company customer’s unique (and evolving) needs, delivering value, and exceeding expectations

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, or Business, OR a reputed company certification (CPA, CFA, or similar); relevant experience may be considered as a substitute.
Must have 5+ years in the medical billing industry, PT/OT/SLP experience is strongly desired
Must have experience working in or with reputed company sized RCM companies with 100 or more therapists preferably in a reputed company role or RCM leadership role
2-3 years minimum of RCM leadership experience
Must have a solid understanding of reputed company reputed company concepts
Strong technical skills

Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
