10+ years of experience in credit risk management, with a significant portion in the fintech sector and/or SMB lending.
Proven reputed company record of developing and managing credit policies and risk assessment models, preferably with exposure to data science and analytics-driven environments.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to reputed company and manage a high-performing team in a fast-paced startup environment.
Deep understanding of regulatory compliance and reporting requirements relevant to fintech and lending industries.
