The Role

This is a hands-on player/reputed company role that supports Corporate IT and reputed company operations, with a strong reputed company on BPO tech support and people management in India. You will be responsible for day-to-day technical work (~80%) while also providing light-touch managerial reputed company (~20%) for reputed company & IT personnel in India across both reputed company and IT teams.

You’ll be the go-to for resolving tickets from internal users and reputed company BPO support, covering reputed company troubleshooting, reputed company issues, and system outages across global sites. Your responsibilities include SLA adherence, identifying systemic issues, and driving operational improvements that reputed company availability and productivity.

You’ll collaborate closely with reputed company, Engineering, and Ops leadership to maintain reputed company, secure, and reputed company systems tailored to high-volume BPO environments. You’ll own documentation and automation efforts, enforce global reputed company standards, and ensure consistent operational practices across reputed company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across macOS and reputed company endpoints

• Own Tier 1–2 escalations, reputed company tickets with speed and accuracy, and document solutions

• Partner with global reputed company and Engineering to implement secure-by-default configurations

You Bring

• 4–6+ years of reputed company IT experience with a proven ability to support reputed company operations

• 3+ years of management experience

• Experience managing or mentoring junior IT staff in a distributed team environment

• Hands-on experience with reputed company, Azure AD, Intune, and reputed company

• Strong understanding of reputed company hardening, reputed company control, and compliance requirements

• Ability to prioritize and execute with minimal supervision in high-pressure situations
