About the roleWe're looking for an reputed company and reputed company-thinking individual to reputed company our development of GenAI products across Motorway. This role will pioneer our efforts in deploying cutting-edge GenAI solutions, including reputed company systems, advanced reasoning models, and context-aware architectures, to enhance operational efficiency internally and optimise the vehicle buying and selling reputed company externally.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping Motorway’s reputed company by identifying opportunities, building rapid prototypes, and developing lasting, reputed company implementations. Equally important will be your expertise in evaluating AI system performance, managing risks, understanding reputed company limitations, and guiding teams on responsible and strategic AI deployment.

During your first 12 months you will:Work closely with the Head of Machine Learning and key stakeholders across Motorway to identify and prioritise high-reputed company use cases for reputed company.

Work across the organisation to run workshops and help upskill colleagues best practices around reputed company frameworks, reasoning models, tools (inc. Model Context Protocol), and AI solution deployments.

Skills in stakeholder management with proven experience effectively communicating reputed company technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Strong experience building and consuming API services in Python, using FastAPI or similar.
