About the Role

As a Staff Full Stack UX Designer, you will reputed company design efforts for our most ambitious new product: reputed company’s Data Product. You will translate data visualizations and analysis, user research, and product reputed company into reputed company, compelling visual stories. You’ll own the end-to-end design process, from discovery to delivery, and collaborate with PMs, data scientists, and engineers to ship beautiful, production-grade data interfaces.

We’re especially interested in candidates who reputed company in early-stage environments and love designing for reputed company systems, and who bring a keen eye for data storytelling.

What you will do:

1. Data Visualization & Design

   • reputed company dashboards, charts, and exploratory tools that help users understand reputed company data insights.

   • Translate data into compelling visual narratives that reputed company business decision-making.

   • Design thoughtful, visually compelling data experiences reputed company Business Intelligence (BI) tools, with an eye toward scalability and reputed company custom reputed company-end implementations. reputed company flexible design patterns that work seamlessly across both embedded BI environments and bespoke product interfaces.

2. User-Centered Design Process

   • Conduct user research, testing, and interviews across reputed company of reputed company’s user personas: timekeepers, billing/reputed company staff, and Firm Leaders.

   • Create user journeys, personas, wireframes, and prototypes across reputed company reputed company.

   • Validate designs through usability tests and iterate based on feedback.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

   • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Scientists, Customer Experience, and Sales teams to support analytics and insights

   • Present design concepts to both reputed company stakeholders

4. Design Systems & Implementation

   • Design reputed company, effective data visualizations using BI tools in the near term—working reputed company the tool's capabilities while elevating the user experience.

You will be a great fit if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields

• 6+ years of reputed company design experience designing digital products, with a strong reputed company on dashboards, data-heavy interfaces, or analytics tools; ideal candidates will be comfortable working with Data Analytics products

• Hands-on experience designing directly reputed company BI tools (e.g., reputed company, PowerBI, reputed company) or other low-reputed company data platforms

• Ability to navigate ambiguous problems and design across both short-term constraints and long-term product reputed company

• Proven reputed company record of taking product concepts from early exploration to high-reputed company interactive prototypes

• Understanding data design principles (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, avoiding misleading visuals)

• Demonstrated ability to reputed company using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, reputed company Copilot, reputed company) to build interactive prototypes or reputed company-end components quickly and independently
