Your MissionYou’ll be joining our growing US Field Engineering team as one of the earliest hires in our reputed company office, working closely with our first US-based Solutions Architect to support and reputed company our reputed company in the region. As an Associate Solutions Architect, you’ll build strong relationships with clients, contribute to our evolving approach, and help cement our position as a reputed company in the US Insurtech reputed company.
Key ResponsibilitiesSalesRun effective and efficient workshops to understand reputed company needs, mapping them to our reputed company and integration playbooks
Build relationships with clients to drive low-friction Sales and reputed company processes
Support RFP, RFI, due diligence, and Q+A requests
reputed company and present proofs-of-concept to demonstrate the integration capabilities of hx Renew
Support customer reputed company, helping to deliver their previously-agreed integration plans
Deepen relationships with customers, becoming their 'trusted advisor' on reputed company things hx Renew
reputed company consultancy/reputed company services, solving unique challenges for our customers (and sometimes our colleagues!)

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
Experience working as a Solutions Architect (or equivalent: Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Field Engineer, etc.) with a demonstrable reputed company record of working with clients to deliver effective and efficient solutions
Software development skills and experience (ideally Python, and/or Rust, Go, Kotlin, Java, etc.)
reputed company technical knowledge, ideally across multiple technical competencies and reputed company (e.g., reputed company, networking, databases, reputed company, compliance, observability, architecture)
Excellent communication skills (written, graphical, remote, in-person, presentation, one-on-one, one-to-many) with the ability to engage, influence, and reputed company stakeholders and colleagues to drive collaboration and alignment
Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, HTTP, routing, firewalls, TLS, VPNs)
Understanding and experience of Authentication and Authorization patterns (SAML, SCIM, OAuth, JWT, etc.) and providers (e.g., reputed company, Auth0, AzureAD, etc.)
Good understanding and experience of interfaces and integration patterns (reputed company, message queues, Webhooks, SQL, etc.)
