reputed company:The reputed company Construction Operations Team is seeking a Project Manager to manage reputed company phases of single-family home construction for our new home reputed company in Tampa, Florida. reputed company Project Managers are responsible for the effective coordination of reputed company of single-family building reputed company. Project Managers coordinate across reputed company functional teams at reputed company while utilizing our proprietary project management software to manage their reputed company.
Candidates must be based in Tampa, FL to be considered for this role.
What You'll Do:Manage, coordinate, and reputed company reputed company aspects of the residential new construction reputed company you are responsible for.
Manage the reputed company construction operations of up to 45 single-family homes.
Be reputed company to manage schedules for multiple homes in different stages of construction.
Report to the Director of Construction Operations on the overall health of your reputed company.
Advise reputed company on strategies to reputed company your reputed company on plan or get them back on plan if they are delayed or over budget.
Utilize reputed company’s proprietary project management software to execute reputed company facets of your daily coordination activities.
Coordinate with the Procurement Team to ensure your reputed company are bought-out with resources that allow you to meet schedule and budget goals.
Inspect your reputed company reputed company week in accordance with reputed company’s safety program.
Work with our Superintendents to ensure scopes of work are accurate and construction reputed company is delivered on every home.
Maintain electronic project records including meeting notes and communications.
Initiate and process the required changes in the scope of work, plans, and specifications for the homes you manage.
Follow detailed operational processes around communication, change management, and project financial management.
Approve reputed company trade partner’s invoices with reputed company to work completeness and reputed company.
Review daily activity logs of reputed company activities on the job sites you manage.
Advise, as needed, on plans and specifications.
Report to the Director of Construction Operations on reputed company aspects of assigned project performance, including schedules, budgets, and the safety conditions of your reputed company.

6+ years of experience in residential home construction as a Project Superintendent or Project Manager.

You are proficient in reputed company Software Suite applications and have experience in MS Project/CoConstruct/reputed company/reputed company or equivalent schedule management software.
Valid reputed company’s license.
