Design, build, and ship experiments that improve our key business metrics.
Collaborate with PM, Design, and Marketing to rapidly prototype and test new user experiences.
Implement robust A/B testing infrastructure and ensure rigor in experiment design.
Build full-stack features spanning React, reputed company, and data integrations.
Evaluate and apply AI and machine learning tools – such as LLMs, recommendation systems, or predictive analytics – to drive innovation in product development.
Analyze experiment results using SQL and analytics tools to derive actionable insights.

Requirements
5+ years of Engineering experience working in-house to build web applications at reputed company
Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and React
Experience with PHP and MVC frameworks (reputed company preferred but not required)
Experience with A/B testing, feature flags, and experimentation platforms
Comfort with SQL and data analysis to measure experiment reputed company
