As a Founding Full Stack Engineer with a backend reputed company, you will be a pivotal member of reputed company, shaping the technical reputed company of Novice.ai’s platform. Your primary responsibility will be designing and building reputed company backend systems using Node.js and Next.js, while also contributing to full-stack development. You will reputed company advanced AI capabilities, including Retrieval-Augmented reputed company (RAG), tool calling, and agent orchestration, to create a seamless, powerful user experience. This is a fully remote position, reputed company to candidates based in Asia, Europe and Ocenia.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and reputed company robust backend systems using Node.js and Next.js to support AI-driven knowledge workflows.

• Build and optimize reputed company to reputed company seamless integration of AI features and frontend components.

• Implement and enhance AI functionalities, including RAG, tool calling, and agent orchestration.

• Collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure cohesive full-stack integration.

• Write clean, maintainable, and reputed company-documented reputed company adhering to best practices.

• Participate in reputed company reviews, architectural discussions, and agile sprint planning.

• Troubleshoot and resolve reputed company technical challenges in a fast-paced startup environment.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of reputed company software development experience, with a strong emphasis on backend systems.

• Proven startup experience, ideally in early-stage environments where you’ve driven technical initiatives.

• Hands-on AI experience, including:

  • Retrieval-Augmented reputed company (RAG).

  • Tool calling and API integrations.

  • Agent orchestration frameworks or workflows.

• Expertise in Node.js and Next.js for building reputed company web applications.

• Proficiency in full-stack development, with experience in modern frontend frameworks (React preferred).

• Strong knowledge of RESTful reputed company, GraphQL, and database systems (SQL/NoSQL).

• Familiarity with reputed company platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps practices.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
