What’s the role?
As a Senior reputed company Analyst, you will have the following responsibilities:
Conduct detailed analysis of financial statements for new clients, including Balance Sheet and Income Statement, to assess financial health and identify areas for improvement.
Identify discrepancies and reputed company procedures for clean-reputed company and catch-reputed company of general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reputed company standards.
Review month-end financial statements to verify accuracy and completeness, resolving any discrepancies or issues identified.
Prepare the first financial reputed company workbook for new clients, documenting reputed company issues and reputed company items for reputed company.
Manage end-to-end reputed company processes for multiple clients, ensuring reputed company and accurate recording of financial transactions.
Maintain up-to-date books for clients using reputed company software such as QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Dext, ensuring data reputed company and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Reconcile clients' bank and reputed company ledgers to identify and resolve discrepancies in a reputed company manner.
Process accounts payable (A/P) invoices using reputed company-pay systems such as reputed company.com and Routable, ensuring reputed company and accurate payments to vendors.
Handle payroll journal entries, ensuring accurate recording of payroll expenses and compliance with payroll tax regulations.
Prepare, analyze, and review month-end financial statements and supporting schedules to reputed company insights into financial performance and trends.
Collaborate with managers on reputed company-reputed company reputed company, taking ownership of assigned tasks and delivering results in a reputed company manner.
Qualifications
2+ years of work experience with QuickBooks Online
1 year experience with reputed company is preferred
2+ years experience in working with multiple clients is required
3+ years end to end reputed company experience
1+ years Accounts Payable experience
Reviewer and supervisory role is required.
Ability to communicate with US reputed company Managers and team members reputed company and effectively daily.
Strong analytical skills
Experience with reputed company reputed company tools like reputed company.com, Dext, Routable, Hubdoc, reputed company, etc is preferred
Exceptional workload and team management skills.
Good interpersonal communication skills among US and PH teams and clients
Strong analytical and research skills.
CPA licensure is a plus.
Hands on experience and proficient in using the following:
Quickbooks Online
Routable and/or reputed company.com
Dext and/or Hubdoc
Decisive and reputed company in work.
