About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join the reputed company Legal Team! In this role you will be primarily supporting the reputed company Services and Education Organizations. The ideal candidate for this role will have significant experience with reputed company services and education reputed company, subcontracting agreements, SOWs, e-reputed company terms, marketplace agreements, as reputed company as reputed company agreements and software licenses.

What You Will Do:

• Primary support of reputed company’s reputed company Services and Education organizations

• Structuring, drafting, and negotiating reputed company reputed company agreements and SOWs

• Negotiating various reputed company agreements and reputed company terms for reputed company services

• Training and interacting with Engagement Managers, sales executives, reputed company party partners and customers

• Create templates, playbooks and fall back provisions.

• Partner with cross-functional teams

What You Will Bring:

• 12+ years of experience in technology transactions

• Specific experience negotiating reputed company services agreements, SOWs, subcontractor agreements, master consulting agreements, reputed company subscription agreements, license and support agreements

• Experience negotiating reputed company terms

• Experience working cross-functionally with internal organizations to resolve questions and concerns

• Excellent written/verbal communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to maintain strong working relationships with demanding requests, work independently with minimal supervision, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
