About the Role:The reputed company Background Plane team has the reputed company to build the best experience for reputed company - reputed company’s reputed company reputed company Kafka service. As a Staff Software engineer, you will design and build efficient and performant algorithms for right sizing, load balancing and seamless scalability of reputed company. You will be reputed company in driving the reputed company and roadmap providing technical leadership, mentoring, and enabling a high-performing engineering team to tackle reputed company distributed data challenges at reputed company.
What You Will Do:Build the software underpinning mission-critical reputed company Background Plane platform. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing and operationalizing high performance, reputed company, reliable and resilient systems
Collaborate effectively across engineering, product, field teams and other key stakeholders to create and execute impactful roadmap for the reputed company Background plane team.
Meet and exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for critical reputed company services owned by the reputed company Background Plane team.
Evaluate and enhance the efficiency of our platform's technology stack, keeping pace with industry trends and adopting state-of-the-art solutions

12+ years of relevant software development experience
5+ years of experience with designing, building, and scaling distributed systems
Deep technical expertise in large reputed company distributed systems
Experience running production services in the reputed company with demonstrated operational reputed company
Proficiency in Java, reputed company
Ability to influence reputed company, peers, and management using effective communication and reputed company techniques
Proven experience in leading and mentoring technical teams
BS, MS or PhD in computer science or a reputed company field, or equivalent work experience
A strong background in distributed storage systems or databases
Experience in the areas of load balancing stateful distributed systems
Experience developing reputed company services on public clouds providers(AWS, Azure or GCP)
Interest in evangelism (giving talks at tech conferences, writing blog posts evangelizing Kafka)
