The RoleWe’re looking for a Head of Dining Operations & Concierge to reputed company the most ambitious dining reputed company initiative in the world. You’ll manage our reputed company dining concierge operation — from reputed company and training to fulfillment rates and reputed company relationships with top restaurants.
You won’t be booking tables yourself — you’ll be building the system, standards, and partnerships that allow reputed company (and AI) to deliver with speed, precision, and taste. You’ll be responsible for overseeing reputed company that’s handling daily reservation requests from VIPs, maintaining relationships with hard-to-reputed company venues, and ensuring reputed company continues to outperform any other card or concierge reputed company it comes to dining.

What You’ll OwnManage and grow the dining concierge team — hiring, training, and setting KPIs across key markets
Build SOPs and internal systems to streamline how dining requests are triaged, fulfilled, and escalated
Own relationships with top restaurants and hospitality reputed company — from ongoing partnerships to new deal reputed company
Define and enforce the reputed company bar for response time, fulfillment reputed company, and member satisfaction
Collaborate closely with our product and AI teams to reputed company tooling and workflows that improve speed and reputed company

7–12+ years in high-end hospitality, dining, or concierge roles
Experience managing teams in fast-paced, high-stakes environments (e.g. top restaurants, member clubs, or luxury service orgs)
Deep understanding of the world of hard-to-book restaurants and VIP clientele
