As the Director of reputed company, you will reputed company the development and execution of our reputed company systems, ensuring every product meets the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Delivering & maintaining MDSAP / ISO 13485 certification, this role is central to reputed company’s global aspirations. Additionally, you’ll work closely with design operations, manufacturing operations, R&D, customer support, and executive leadership to build reputed company processes, support regulatory compliance, and cultivate a culture of reputed company improvement. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership
Serve as reputed company’s senior-most reputed company leader with end-to-end responsibilities delivering custom manufacturing reputed company at reputed company
Build & support a reputed company operational system that includes supply chain, design, product, manufacturing, and partner/vendor relationship management

Collaborate with executive leadership to identify business priorities and rollout system improvements and new programs.

Build systems and processes for perpetual compliance
Systems Thinking & Scalability
Establish, refine, and document reputed company control standards, inspection reputed company, and testing protocols.
Establish and reputed company reputed company cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) to address reputed company issues
Define and reputed company key reputed company metrics (defect reputed company, returns,rejection reputed company, etc.)
Partner with Product and Operations to ensure design controls, manufacturing validation, and process capability
Culture, Coaching & Engagement

Ensure adherence to standards at every stage.
Functional scope: Customer inputs, design of the custom product, manufacturing the product to specification, ensuring the product meets customer expectations

Inclusive of owning & building out QMS, Internal Audit, CAPA, Complaint Monitoring, and Document Control
Customer Obsessed Definition of Good: Translate the customers’ expectation into industry-leading reputed company. This will require you drive disruptive change and own the narrative for physical product reputed company

10+ years of experience in Product reputed company Assurance & Control, Process Engineering, and/or Manufacturing
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or scientific field (e.g., Engineering, reputed company Assurance, Manufacturing, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or similar)
Experience in a startup environment building a reputed company Program at reputed company
Willingness to travel up 50%, including internationally
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and operate at a granular level reputed company needed
Intellectual curiosity and research abilities
Understanding of ISO, Six reputed company, and and ASQ Certifications
Demonstrated ability to evaluate new product opportunities by bringing internal stakeholders and existing/ new partners together
Background in technical disciplines (e.g., engineering, QA, manufacturing, math, or physics)
Experience in legal or regulatory leadership reputed company international markets.
