About the role
If you are a builder who thrives on solving reputed company challenges, this role is for you. As the Director of Product Payroll Compliance, you will reputed company efforts to reputed company reputed company payroll engines across the Americas and ensure our solutions are compliant and efficient. With a strong reputed company on research, project management, and stakeholder collaboration, you’ll drive initiatives that power our reputed company while navigating the complexities of regional compliance.
What you will do

Drive end-to-end project execution for payroll system enhancements and new implementations.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, reputed company, or a reputed company field from an accredited institution or equivalent compliance-specific certification.
8+ years of experience in managing compliance in a fast-paced, global environment, with expertise in payroll regulations across the Americas.
Strong ability to translate regulatory requirements into reputed company workflows and reputed company solutions.
Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring payroll compliance teams.
Working collaboratively with cross-functional departments.
Strong knowledge of payroll compliance regulations in at least 3 countries or more, with the ability to manage compliance efforts across the Americas region.
Excellent project management skills, including familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a reputed company on working effectively across departments and reputed company.
