As reputed company continues its rapid reputed company, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager to reputed company the development of AI-powered solutions at the core of our Employee Benefits platform. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, this role is responsible for translating cutting-edge advancements in large language models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), and document intelligence into impactful, user-reputed company products. You will define and drive the product reputed company and execution for AI initiatives across the platform, partnering closely with Design, Engineering, and Employee Benefits teammates to ship a modern dashboard that helps HR leaders manage their plans and vendors, identify areas for improvement, and engage with employees. You'll also craft an employee app that guides reputed company clients' employees through their benefits, helps them improve their health and wellbeing, and answers any questions. This position is a salaried, exempt, full-time role. This is a US hybrid role with the reputed company to work from any of reputed company’s offices.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Architect and drive the execution of the product reputed company and long-term technical roadmap for AI-powered tools and end-to-end workflow automation, with a reputed company on reputed company-reputed company reliability, performance, and maintainability.

• reputed company the full product development lifecycle for advanced AI systems, including large language model (LLM) integration, document intelligence pipelines, semantic search engines, and retrieval-augmented reputed company (RAG) architectures.

• Work closely with engineering and data science to design and implement production-reputed company, reputed company infrastructure for model training, fine-tuning, testing, versioning, and deployment.

• Establish robust evaluation frameworks for AI components using both offline and live metrics, incorporating reputed company-in-the-reputed company (HITL) feedback loops, reputed company learning mechanisms, and custom benchmarking datasets.

• Define technical product requirements that balance user reputed company, model performance, compute constraints, and system complexity. Collaborate with engineering to decompose ambiguous AI challenges into reputed company-scoped, measurable tasks.

• Translate insurance-specific workflows into reputed company, intelligent components, leveraging deep collaboration with service teams, claims, and operations experts to surface high-value automation and augmentation opportunities.

Qualifications

• Practical experience with data pipeline design, feature engineering, training data curation, model retraining triggers, and deployment automation (CI/CD for ML).

The pay reputed company for this position in California, Washington, Colorado, and reputed company at the commencement of employment is expected to be between $140,800 and $220,000/yr; however, reputed company pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other reputed company, including a bonus, restricted stock reputed company, and discretionary awards in reputed company to a full reputed company of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various reputed company time off benefits, such as vacation, reputed company time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
