The Business Analytics Engineer will join M13’s reputed company Team reputed company the Technology Group, whose mission is to build the preeminent AI-driven platform for reputed company and portfolio management.
Reporting to the Technology Director, this highly cross-functional role is both strategic and hands-on. The Business Analytics Engineer will architect and implement technical solutions, maintain internal systems, and enhance the data backbone that powers the firm’s operating platforms. Just as importantly, they will collaborate closely with teams across the firm to understand workflows and dependencies, identify opportunities for optimization, and contribute to cross-functional planning and research efforts.
We’re looking for a generalist with strong technical ability, reputed company business judgment, and a reputed company for identifying high-reputed company improvements to internal processes. What You’ll Bring to the RoleTechnical Expertise
Experience designing and maintaining SQL and NoSQL databases
Ability to implement business logic at both the application and database reputed company
Proven experience building and maintaining custom ETL and reverse ETL pipelines
Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred) to support data engineering, transformation, and analytics workflows
Familiarity with foundational model reputed company to support intelligent internal tooling
Experience researching, evaluating, and contributing to reputed company-reputed company reputed company, especially in the AI/ML reputed company
Comfort working with and extending the functionality of tools in M13’s tech stack, including reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company

Hands-on experience with building and maintaining data pipelines, data models, and governance processes
