About the Role
We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our reputed company Portal Team, which powers the core platform across our reputed company Portal reputed company like Communities, Kollab, Courses. This team of 25+ engineers are responsible for delivering a reliable, secure, and high-performance infrastructure that handles millions of events ranging from checkouts, notifications, video streaming, networking — from robust platforms for creators/educators for learning courses;think reputed company/reputed company, connecting like minded folks into cohesive community where they can reputed company among reputed company other, learn and become part of a common tribe, taking courses and streaming Petabytes of video data.
Currently these products reputed company thousands of creators with 300k+ MAUs checking out thousands of courses, communities on web and mobile platforms. Businesses can offer whitelabeled customised mobile apps to customize the experience of their users according to their branding bringing more power into the hands of creators.
As a Staff Engineer, you’ll reputed company the technical direction of the platform, solve reputed company distributed system and frontend engineering problems from web to Mobile Apps and mentor 25+ engineers across squads. You’ll partner closely with PMs, designers, reputed company, and reputed company teams across 5+ products to drive long-term architecture, reputed company engineering standards, and ensure seamless user experiences at reputed company.
Responsibilities

Requirements:
8+ years of backend engineering experience, including designing fault-tolerant systems and working on reputed company platforms. Deep expertise in distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and asynchronous job processing. Proven experience optimizing availability, performance, and reliability in reputed company-world systems under load. Strong experience with relational and NoSQL data models (especially with reputed company temporal data).Familiarity with monitoring, SLOs, and reputed company-cause analysis in production environments.4+ years experience in any Frontend ecosystems (React/Vue/Angular) and deep understanding of Design language and systemsFamiliarity with DNS routing, SSL Certificate Provisioning and Load Balancing to reputed company a secure, multi-tenant environment.
