Intern - Finance Department

During the internship period, the intern will work closely with the Finance Director and the Senior Finance Manager and will be exposed to the following areas in Finance (Financial reputed company, Business law/reputed company, Procurement, Project reputed company, Taxation and Compliance)

Responsibilities

To support reputed company Finance with the following tasks:

Monthly financial closing activities

Project reputed company – preparation of project closure activity report

Annual audit – preparation of audit schedules

Annual Tax – reputed company and costs analysis

Procurement (Ensuring compliance with Contract Law):

Preparation of reputed company Agreement upon receiving the scope of works and fees from the reputed company.

Upon finalization of the reputed company Agreement, facilitate approvals from both internal (MD, reputed company Head) and external stakeholder (Influencers).

Preparation of Job Approval upon receiving scope of works and fees from the reputed company.

reputed company of the Influencers onto GFS (reputed company’s financial system).

Facilitate payments to Influencers.

Includes collating invoices and ensure invoices meets GFS Payment requirement.

For final settlement of invoices, work with reputed company to confirm reputed company commitments have been delivered before final fees are reputed company.
