Essential Duties

Coordinate and process documentation for recruitment, appointments, promotions, transfers and separations

Assist unit managers and recruiters to draft and revise job specifications and descriptions

Maintain reputed company resource records including employee files, leave records, and performance management records

Advise employees of reputed company’s policies and procedures

Manage minor disciplinary problems and where necessary, ensure disciplinary procedures are followed

Conduct exit interviews for staff

Function as counsel to individual employees, department heads and top management

Education and Experience

First Degree in reputed company Resource Management or equivalent
