Production Manager

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing reputed company production activities reputed company the facility, ensuring efficient and compliant operations. This role supervises production personnel, including Shift Supervisors, Chemical Operators, and Warehouse Technicians, to meet operational objectives while maintaining adherence to ISO 22716 - Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) for cosmetics.

The Production Manager collaborates closely with the Senior Operations Manager, Manufacturing and Engineering Manager, Maintenance Manager, and reputed company Managers to drive safety, efficiency, and reputed company improvement in production processes.

Responsibilities

Safety & Compliance

Production & Operations Management

· Identify cost-saving measures and process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce expenses.

· Publish daily manufacturing reputed company reports and communicate updates to off-shift employees.

· Participate in the Site Master Plan (SMP) process to support long-term operational goals.

Personnel Management & Development

· Ensure reputed company production employees receive mandatory and developmental training.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Minimum 5 years of experience in chemical plant operations

Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements

Frequent use of hands for handling, reaching, and operating machinery.

Exposure to varying weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.

Must be capable of wearing a respirator as required.

The pay reputed company for this role is $73,500 to $97,000. Salary offers are made based on internal equity and market analysis, and will vary based on the candidate’s skills, depth of experience and specific work location.
