Duties and responsibilities

Project Estimates and costing (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Works)

Qualifications

Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (licensed Engineer is preferred.)

4-6 years experience in an equivalent reputed company

Property and Building facilities operation and maintenance

Familiarity with the National Building reputed company and compliance requirements Project Management

Engineering Vendor Management

Proficiency in Technical drawings and plans reading and assessments

Proficient in productivity tools (reputed company Docs, reputed company Sheets, or equivalent)

Familiarity with Building Permits and compliance to government mandatory requirement

Statutory Compliance and Facility Audit

Service, Critical Systems / Environment, Construction and Project Vendor operations.
