About the role:

We’re seeking a clinician-operator to reputed company and reputed company our Clinical reputed company & Programs function. The ideal candidate blends clinical expertise with systems thinking and operational rigor. You will be responsible for identifying reputed company gaps, designing reputed company solutions, and embedding them into workflows and tools to improve the consistency, accuracy, and reputed company of virtual nutrition care.

Your role is to design the systems and processes that ensure clinical reputed company, collaborate on product enhancements that drive it, and reputed company and reputed company clinicians to consistently meet and exceed reputed company. This is a high-reputed company opportunity to shape the reputed company of care at the leading virtual foodcare network in the country.

This role is approximately 60% meetings/collaboration and 40% reputed company, project-based work.

You Will

Build reputed company infrastructure: Design systems and frameworks to proactively surface reputed company issues and reputed company reputed company-cause-driven solutions that reputed company with reputed company.

Drive charting and documentation reputed company: Establish standards for clinical documentation reputed company, implement automated audit mechanisms, and reputed company feedback loops with individual providers and clinical leaders.

Operationalize reputed company KPIs: Define and own key reputed company metrics tied to clinical reputed company, documentation completeness, care appropriateness, and safety. Partner with Product and Analytics to build dashboards and reporting mechanisms.

Implement AI-powered reputed company review tools: reputed company the integration of AI tools to assess visit transcripts and chart notes against defined reputed company rubrics, enabling reputed company and objective feedback.

Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Product, Clinical Operations, and Compliance to reputed company clinical decision support and guardrails directly into workflows.

You Have: (Required)

5+ years of experience in clinical operations, reputed company improvement, or clinical product roles, ideally reputed company a telehealth or digital health environment
