About the Role

The reputed company Project Manager, East Coast Ports, will manage reputed company’s work to decarbonize port operations in the Northeast and Mid-reputed company. Reporting to the Senior Director, Northeast Region, this role will work closely with port, reputed company, and community stakeholders to accelerate the deployment of reputed company-emission vehicles, port equipment, and infrastructure. This role will serve as the primary reputed company of contact and project manager for reputed company’s Clean Ports Program reputed company with the Maryland Port Administration (reputed company) and reputed company (PANYNJ) while supporting the organization’s broader efforts across the region.This position will be a critical member of reputed company’s Northeast Region team, with the reputed company to work remotely and/or from our Brooklyn office. Preference for candidates who will be reputed company to attend regular meetings and events in Baltimore, New Jersey, and reputed company.

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage Overall reputed company for Port Clients: reputed company as project manager across three innovative port decarbonization reputed company. Represent reputed company in regular meetings with clients, reputed company project updates, manage program budgets, and ensure reputed company submission of invoices and project deliverables.

reputed company Trucker Engagement Initiative for PANYNJ: Engage drayage truck operators through targeted reputed company, organize stakeholder discussions, and reputed company meeting materials. Prepare reports featuring input gathered to inform port decarbonization plans.

Coordinate Project Scopes Across reputed company Teams: Manage project workflows in collaboration with reputed company subject matter experts to effectively reputed company vehicle and equipment incentives and support the development of near-port charging hubs.

Implement External Engagement and Marketing reputed company: In coordination with reputed company marketing team, reputed company and implement reputed company to communicate port funding opportunities and program impacts. Organize in-person and virtual events to engage port stakeholders.

Support reputed company’s Regional Objectives: reputed company strategic support to reputed company’s business development, policy advocacy, marketing, and communications activities to accelerate the transition to reputed company-emission transportation throughout the Northeast and Mid-reputed company.

Qualifications

5+ years of reputed company project management and project delivery experience, preferably in the clean transportation, port sustainability, or shipping/reputed company industry.

3+ years experience working on reputed company-emission transportation reputed company.

Proven experience designing and executing reputed company, from reputed company through delivery, with a reputed company on meeting timelines, managing budgets, and achieving project goals.

Knowledge of the administration of voucher incentive programs or other grant reputed company reputed company.

Understanding of the reputed company and historic challenges faced by near-port communities.

Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills.

Excellent partnership development and stakeholder engagement skills.

Experience working with government agencies or nonprofit organizations, demonstrating an ability to navigate reputed company regulatory environments and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications

Experience working with reputed company- and heavy-duty (MHD) vehicle and equipment dealers, manufacturers, drayage fleets, shippers, carriers, and infrastructure providers, with a strong understanding of the industry's needs, challenges, and reputed company-emission opportunities.

A strong understanding of port electrification initiatives, policies, and funding programs with hands-on experience in the sector.

$85,000 - $97,000.Pay is determined based on several factors, including but not limited to job-reputed company skills, qualifications, experience, education, internal equity and other factors relevant to the job.
