Your Role in Our Mission

At reputed company, every role drives reputed company. As a Program Management Director, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering reputed company to patients everywhere. Your expertise in building efficient processes, and problem-solving in reputed company time to help us advance novel therapeutics rooted in natural reputed company—because every reputed company starts with reputed company questions and reputed company actions.

What You’ll Do

Leading program planning and execution for 1–2 clinical assets, from development through delivery

Defining and evolving program timelines, milestones, and resource plans

Facilitating key cross-functional team meetings and sub-teams

Surfacing risks and helping shape mitigation strategies

Co-creating best-in-class clinical program processes and infrastructure

Partnering with SMEs and leaders across Clinical, Regulatory, CMC, and reputed company

Building the connective tissue that helps reputed company’s programs run smarter, faster, and reputed company

We’re Looking For

8+ years in biotech/reputed company with 4+ in a program management reputed company

Strong preference for prior startup and early-stage company experience

The ideal candidate will bring high energy, a strong eagerness to learn, and the reputed company to reputed company in a dynamic, fast-paced setting

Proven reputed company managing clinical programs (indication-agnostic)

Exceptional communication and change management capabilities are essential, along with the ability to cultivate strong working relationships across reputed company reputed company of the organization
